Overage Policy, Read Before You Order
Every order runs with a 10% overage or underage. That is standard for custom printed goods and it applies to every quantity on this page. Overages are billed at the end of the project at your per-piece price, along with any shipping cost adjustments. Your checkout total covers the base run; the final invoice reconciles the actual count that ships.

What is the minimum order for custom coasters?
1,200 coasters. The price per coaster drops at 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000, and 25,000. Going from 1,200 to 2,500 adds less than $33 on any board weight and cuts the price per coaster about in half.
How long do custom coasters take?
Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks from art approval and payment.
Is 3.5 inch or 4 inch better?
Same price either way. 4 inch is the classic bar coaster size and gives your art more room. 3.5 inch suits smaller tables and cocktail glassware. Pick the one that fits your bar and your design.
