Need digitizing? Add $35 once per order, not per hat. Pricing covers a front logo up to 7,000 stitches. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Ordering 144 or more, or need a second logo location? Request a quote and we will price it.

How to Order

1. Pick your color. Mixing colors? Choose "Mixed or Other Colors", then reply to your order confirmation email with the split (for example, 12 Black and 12 Navy). We confirm it on your mockup before anything gets stitched. Same goes for any OTTO color not listed here.
2. Pick your quantity from the dropdown.
3. Pick your embroidery file option. Choose "I have a .DST file" if you have one or we have stitched your logo before. Otherwise choose digitizing and we build the file for $35.
4. Upload your logo in the artwork field. A phone photo is enough to start.
5. We send a digital mockup. Production starts when you approve it.

What is the minimum order for custom embroidered foam trucker hats?

12 hats per order. Want more than one color? Pick "Mixed or Other Colors" and reply to your order confirmation email with the split, or add each color as its own line.

How much do these custom embroidered trucker hats cost?

With your logo embroidered on the front: $12.26 per hat at 12 to 23 hats, $10.71 at 24 to 47, $9.81 at 48 to 71, and $9.31 at 72 and up. Add a one-time $35 digitizing fee if you don't have a .DST embroidery file. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

What is a .DST file and do I need one?

A .DST file is the stitch file an embroidery machine runs. If your logo has been embroidered before, ask that shop for the .DST, or tell us if we've stitched it for you already, and pick "I have a .DST file". If not, pick digitizing and we build the file for $35. You pay that once. Every reorder after that uses the same file.

Is there a size limit on the logo?

Pricing covers a front logo up to 7,000 stitches, which fits most hat front logos. Bigger or denser designs add $0.65 per extra 1,000 stitches per hat under 24 hats, or $0.60 at 24 and up. 3D puff embroidery is $2.00 per hat for each puffed section. If your logo needs either, we show the difference with your mockup before anything gets stitched.

What artwork do I need?

Send your logo. A vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) is best, but a clean PNG or even a phone photo of your logo is enough for us to digitize it and send a mockup.

Can you add a second logo on the side or back?

Yes. Request a quote and we will price the extra location.

Do you do 144 hats or more?

Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing on 144 and up.
