Wood Tap Handles
Wood Tap Handles: American Hardwood, Finished by Hand
There is a reason the classic taproom look is a row of wood handles. Wood reads as craft the way no plastic import ever will. Ours are cut, finished, and printed in Birmingham, AL from American hardwood, then branded with your art in full color.
Pick your style. Flame-treated handles are torched in the shop for a rich, one-of-a-kind grain that makes light logos pop. Painted handles in black or white give your art a clean, high-contrast field. Chalkboard handles let your bar staff hand-write the pour of the day above your printed brand. Plank profiles keep it minimal, head-and-shoulders profiles give you the traditional silhouette. Custom colors are a paint match away.
Minimums. Custom wood builds start at 100 units. Stock wood shapes with your print start at 12, blanks from 1. Standard 3/8-16 ferrule, fits any US beer faucet.
Every wood handle we sell is finished to survive real bar duty, not showroom duty. Sealed print, solid mounting, and the kind of weight in the hand that tells a bartender this thing was not stamped out of a mold overseas.
The process is the same simple flow as everything we build. Choose a handle, upload your logo, get a mockup, approve it, and we go to work. If you want a fully sculpted custom wood build, our designers will concept it with you before you commit. Prefer full color on a smooth canvas? See our resin tap handles.
