Custom Tap Handles
Custom Tap Handles, Built by the People You Can Actually Call
Every custom tap handle we ship starts and finishes in our Birmingham, Alabama shop. Resin, wood, metal, acrylic. Cast, cut, printed, painted, and cleared under one roof, by a crew that has been building beer hardware for a decade. No overseas broker, no six-week email chain to find out where your order is. You call the shop, you talk to the person making your handle.
That is why brands like Duvel, Dos Equis, Tecate, and Good People Brewing put their names in our hands. A tap handle is the only piece of marketing that sits at the exact point of decision, eye level, arm's reach, right when someone is choosing their next pour. A stock handle says nothing. A custom handle built around your brand sells beer while your rep is asleep.
How to choose your handle. Start with material. Resin gives you sculpted shapes, glitter, glass-smooth color, and full-wrap printing. Wood gives you warmth and a hand-finished, taproom-classic look, from flame-treated shotguns to clean painted planks. Metal gets you magnetic swap-out faces, so one handle carries every rotating seasonal you pour. Not sure? Send us a phone snapshot of your logo and we will tell you straight which build fits your brand and your budget.
Minimums, straight up. Fully custom tap handles start at 100 units, with price breaks at 100, 250, 500, and 1,000+. Need fewer? Our stock tap handles take your custom print from 12 units, and blank stock handles ship from a single unit. Every handle threads onto a standard US beer faucet with a 3/8-16 ferrule.
The process is simple. Pick a handle, upload your art, and we send you a mockup before anything hits production. Fully custom shape in mind? Submit a quote and our designers will concept it with you. Either way, you approve everything before we build.
American made is not a sticker we put on someone else's work. It is the whole operation. When your distributor calls needing handles for a new market, you want the shop that answers.
